You run the foundation’s work: every project we take on, across healthcare, poverty, food and water, and education, from the first conversation to the thing running in the world. We are starting inside a major hospital, so that is where you start, product and operations both yours, alongside hospital leadership and the medical teams on the floor. You help navigate what gets built and what gets left alone, and you measure whether it changed anything.

You are product and operations led, with a strong technical background and AI-first instincts, reaching for where technology is going rather than for what it used to be. You have started something before and know what the first year costs. You learn a new domain fast and from the inside, and you would rather be on the floor than in a meeting about the floor.

Low maintenance and high availability: you do not need managing, and you are there when it matters. The energy is your own and it does not run out. You care about the impact more than the title, and you will judge this job by whether lives are actually different.

You are an experienced engineer with a real passion for agentic coding: you have worked hands-on with multiple agents and tooling, and you understand the agentic coding SDLC from the inside. You know modern software architecture and reach for cutting-edge technology when it is the right tool, not because it is new. You work end to end, comfortable moving through the whole stack without waiting on someone else to unblock the next layer.

You have a hacker’s mindset: fearless, quick to learn, quick to try. You are also meticulous, organized, and systematic, someone who can prototype in the morning and leave behind something reliable by night. Little here is defined yet, so you would rather ship something real into a hospital than polish something in a sandbox.
