Impact, compounded.

We use exponential technology to deliver sustainable impact.

We focus on problems governments are less likely to solve: accessible advanced healthcare, poverty, access to food and water, and education. We are starting by optimizing healthcare with AI in public hospitals and clinics.

Open roles

Looking for AI-first makers.

We are founding a new AI Healthcare department inside a major hospital in Israel, working with the medical team to solve problems on the ground and put what works to immediate use. The principles are simple: sit where the work happens, build the smallest thing that helps, and let results decide what stays. AI sits at the center of everything we build, and everything we build is measured by the impact on people’s lives.

AI-First Product Owner, Healthcare

You own the operations on the ground, working with hospital staff and leadership to push innovation and measure its impact. You prioritize, ideate, and build the AI-first tools and systems that transform the hospital’s operational efficiency and clinical accuracy, then work hands-on with an AI-first engineer to ship them fast and test them in real situations.

You know how to find the potential inside a legacy system and build what replaces it. You are resourceful and entrepreneurial, comfortable owning this from top to bottom, moving fast and thinking for yourself.

AI-First Engineer, Healthcare

You are an experienced engineer with a real passion for agentic coding: you have worked hands-on with multiple agents and tooling, and you understand the agentic coding SDLC from the inside. You know modern software architecture and reach for cutting-edge technology when it is the right tool, not because it is new. You work end to end, comfortable moving through the whole stack without waiting on someone else to unblock the next layer.

You have a hacker’s mindset: fearless, quick to learn, quick to try. You are also meticulous, organized, and systematic, someone who can prototype in the morning and leave behind something reliable by night. Little here is defined yet, so you would rather ship something real into a hospital than polish something in a sandbox.

Background

The Wininger Foundation was founded by Shai Wininger and is run by the Wininger family.

Giving back was always part of the plan: work through the first two-thirds of a career, then spend the last third putting it to use. Shai co-founded Lemonade and Fiverr, two companies built on the same instinct: that an industry working a certain way for decades is not a reason it has to keep working that way. Recent leaps in AI and robotics moved that plan forward. The foundation is where the work continues, without a business attached to it.
